This policy covers the NorthStar marketing website (northstarcore.ai). It is separate from the privacy terms that govern the NorthStar POS product.
When you submit the "Book a Demo" / contact form, we collect the details you provide (name, business, email, phone, industry, and message) so we can respond. The site records basic technical metadata (timestamp, IP address, browser) with each submission for spam prevention.
Solely to contact you about NorthStar and to protect the form from abuse. We do not sell your information.
If you check the optional SMS consent box, we use your mobile number only to send the service alerts and account notifications you agreed to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Demo requests are kept while we follow up with you. To access or delete your information, contact us via the form.
