Why don’t you publish prices?
Real projects aren’t one size. We structure engagements as Starter, Growth, and Enterprise (plus retainers) and quote each one specifically — rather than posting a placeholder number that won’t match your project.
What’s actually ready today vs on the roadmap?
Our POS platform loop is device-proven (offline sale, exactly-once sync, back office, customer ordering). Voice, payments certification, and some deeper capabilities are delivered per engagement. We mark anything available-by-scope honestly.
Do we own our data?
Yes. NorthStar is designed around per-tenant isolation and private or dedicated deployment — your data stays yours, and the architecture is portable across models and processors.
What hardware do you run on?
NorthStar software runs on enterprise Android terminals in the SUNMI ecosystem. NorthStar is the software and platform; we don’t manufacture the hardware, and final models are confirmed per engagement.
Can you both build the software and run the marketing?
Yes — that’s the point of the division. Strategy, build, marketing, and creative from one accountable team, measured to your KPIs.
Will you use fake reviews or borrowed case studies?
